International Great Lakes Datum (IGLD) Survey
Dear Great Lakes Practitioners!
NOAA is currently updating the Great Lake’s water level datums and is seeking your input. Please take this survey if you use or may use water level datums or NOAA products (e.g., nautical charts, water level data, Observational Forecast Systems, etc.) that reference a water level datum.
This survey will help us better understand user needs and product impacts for the ongoing update to the International Great Lakes Datum. We will use your responses to determine how we can best help impacted users prepare for the coming datum changes. We anticipate the new IGLD will be released sometime in 2027.
