Existing NOS target error/bias range:
Water level: ±0.15 m

Temperature: ±3°C

Salinity: ±3.5 PSU

Current speed: ±0.26 m/s

Where acceptable model performance means ≥90% of error values fall within the target range, and ≤1% of error values fall outside of the target error range multiplied by two

NOS currently doesn’t have skill metrics for compound flooding, inundation or ice-related variables.
